After enlistments in both the Cold War and Afghanistan, Scott Millar aims to serve veterans without homes
2021-10-30--Scott Millar, a Brown student who is supporting unhoused people through his practicum. Scott first joined the military during the Cold War/Gulf War era. He then re-enlisted 18 years later to serve in Afghanistan. He hopes to one day serve unhoused veterans.
