Return with Purpose

Transitions are different for each participant; some will become job seekers, some will enroll in higher education and some simply will develop a stronger connection to their family and community. Return With Purpose (RWP) does this through a two phase process. Phase I is a 9-hour facilitated curriculum delivered in 1 day to groups of up to 25 participants. Participants leave with a 5-step action plan. Phase II provides continual support including mentoring with 60- and 90-day follow up to ensure that the action plan is being worked. In summary, the RWP process provides clarity of vision, tools to reduce obstacles, and a 5-step action plan to create a path forward.
